Laid to rest on a cold Winter's day over 12 months ago, our Award Winning Belgian Quadrupel, DEATH, is finally ready to be resurrected in our taproom. This is an incredibly special vintage to all of us in the Garden Grove family and we are excited to share one of Mike's greatest works with all of you. Join us this Saturday, as we celebrate his life, with Death.

Pushing the boundaries of Belgian beer into the realm of wine. We strive to bring out as much ripe and dark fruit flavors, reminiscent of rich red wines, as possible by fermenting with 2018 Virginia Petit Verdot grapes grown in our vineyard in Delaplane, VA. We then transferred our Quadrupel into Napa Valley Carved and Grooved American Oak Cabernet Sauvignon Barrels just as primary fermentation slowed and conducted an aging for 14 months. Death is a two time medal recipient winning in the 2016 & 2017 Virginia Craft Beer Cup.
