Inspired by German artist Albrecht Dürer's 1513 Engraving entitled "Rider":

DEATH 10.0% ABV / 41 IBU

Pushing the boundaries of Belgian beer into the realm of wine. We strive to bring out as much ripe and dark fruit flavors reminiscent of rich red wines as possible by fermenting with 2016 Virginia Petit Verdot grapes grown in Garden Grove’s own vineyard at Arterra Winery. We then transferred our Quadruple into French Oak Syrah Wine Barrels from Napa Valley just as primary fermentation slows and conducted an aging for 10 months. Death is a two time medal recipient winning in the 2016 & 2017 Virginia Craft Beer Cup.

THE KNIGHT 8.5% ABV / 29 IBU

Elegant expression of a Classic Belgian Tripel, brewed with German Hallertau and French Strisselspalt Hops.

THE DEVIL 8.5% ABV / 37 IBU

Classic interpretation of a Belgian Dubbel brewed with Beet and Date sugar, Raisins, Currants and Garden Grove grown Figs.

POSTBELLUM POP-UP

Chef Paul Kostandin and the gang over at Postbellum will be in at noon slinging up some delicious food! Look out for some of these tasty options:
- frites both salt & pepper and truffle Parmesan

-house made pretzels with beer mustard and pimento cheese

-house made garlic sausage on rolls with sauerkraut and pickled vegetables

Patricia Bruce will be in showcasing her amazing original art pieces, including 3 brand new pieces inspired by Death, The Knight and The Devil!

FREE LIVE MUSIC starts at 8pm featuring some truly unique and talented musicians! RVA Locals Moniker and Honest Debts will be kicking the night off and then the one of a kind D.C.natives Suga Grits will be bringing the house down with the funk!
